Don’t worry if you don’t have a dancing partner yet; most groups will happily accommodate solo dancers.

4. Square dancing outfits are flattering.

True-to-form square dancing outfits are modest and flattering. Donning traditional square dancing attire will give you a confidence boost regardless of how far along you are in your weight loss goals.

5. Square dancing burns plenty of calories.

The number of calories you burn per hour depends on your weight and how vigorously you are dancing. To burn more calories, you want to move more.
